Syllabus

Students must have their parents read and sign the class syllabus. You can find information about grading, expectations, communication, dressing down policies, absences and make-ups, and injuries/illness policies.

Long-Term Make-ups

If you are out of town for an extended period of time (and plan on being physically active), you can download this form and take it on vacation with you to fill out and bring back as make-ups for your missed time in class. This does not count for injuries or illnesses. Those must be made up per the class syllabus (written assignments).

Students take this at the beginning of the term so we can get a feel for what types of experiences they've had in PE/Health so far- what they like, don't like and what type of suggestions they have to make the class more fun.
